Refund policy

We process requests only under the conditions below.

Important: All concerns must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

 

1. Major Damage Claims: 

We accept damage claims for major damage only, and a video is required as proof. Please record yourself opening the package from start to finish, claims without video proof will not be accepted.

We sell stocks, pullouts, and overruns. Please research your purchase beforehand to avoid any inconvenience.

 

2. Size Exchange:

We allow size exchanges for the same item only. No color or style changes. Sizes are based on actual measurements in inches, not the tag size.

To qualify for a size exchange:

The same item in the needed size must be available.
The customer agrees to pay the shipping fee: 16 AED pickup + 16 AED delivery = 32 AED total.

Exchange Process:

• We send an invoice for the 32 AED shipping fee for your confirmation.
  
• We book a pickup with JNT courier and share the tracking details with you.
  
• Please have your item properly packed and ready for pickup.
  
• The courier will collect the item, No payment is required at pickup. (Note that the pickup rider will not bring the exchange item, as collection and delivery are handled separately)
• Once we receive your item, we dispatch the exchange immediately.
  
• Shipping charges (32 AED) are due after dispatch via COD or bank transfer.
  
  

Important Notes:

• 24-hour window only, No late concerns accepted.
  
• Video proof is required for all damage claims.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.
  
• Exchange is for the same item only, No color or style changes allowed.
