Every Burda order is packed and sent by Burda FZ-LLC from the UAE.
Where we deliver
We deliver to every emirate of the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship outside the UAE yet.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days of being placed.
What it costs
Delivery is AED 20 per order.
The exact delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. All prices include VAT.
Tracking your parcel
When your parcel leaves us you get its tracking number by email and in My orders, where you can follow it to your door.
Something wrong with a delivery?
If a parcel is late, arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us with your order number and we will put it right.
