Returns & refunds

You can return a piece within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with its tags.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the piece you are sending back. We arrange the pickup from your address.

Once the piece reaches us and we have checked it, we refund it to the way you paid: card payments back to the same card, Tabby and Tamara through Tabby or Tamara, and bank transfers back to your bank account. We tell you by email when the refund is made; your bank or provider may take a few working days to show it.

The cash on delivery fee is not refunded.

If a piece arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will put it right.

Contact us as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped yet we cancel it, and if you have already paid we refund it to the way you paid.
